Helpful, professional approach to would be adopters from the person we talked to and who showed us around. She spoke enough English too to make us feel we did not need to speak French unless we wished to. Clearly the animals are all well cared for whilst waiting for a new home. It was made very clear that adoption is a serious business for the centre, for the animals and above all for the would be adopters who have to fill up a 2 page form with some searching questions to be answered. An attitude of 'It would be a nice thing to do ' does not cut the mustard! Have been up a number of times with animals we have found. We have made several donations and wish we were in a position to do more. The place is amazing, the staff and volunteers have hearts of gold! Without this place it would be the end of thw line for so many cats, dogs and other animals. Kind team, very helpful and doing their best for the animals. Lovely visit. Found our forever dog. Staff friendly, polite and helpful. A really good organization, we communicated with them through email first to confirm the visit and went there to see the cats, we found our cat (Bongo) there who was already sterilized so we took him on the spot and went home with him same day (they even lent us a cage to take the cat home with us) , the whole process took 2 hours (it was a Saturday so a bit busy). The staff was really good despite the huge number of people there and put serious care into the whole process and it shows, would recommend to support the cause and the good people working there ! Excellent experience. We picked up a puppy from the refuge. All necessaries completed. A very professional outfit.
