Some good sunshine and that's all you need to have a lovely picnic between the bed of English daisies on a sunny April day !!! The lush greenery, dogs around, a bit of people watching and all that vitamin D under the sun sounds like a day well spent!! Kids have plenty of ground and swings to play while parents could take a nap if they'd like to.. Carry along a sandwich/food and a wine/beer (ok, juice counts too) in your picnic basket, and your are all set... :) Loved it....its big enough to accommodate lots of people...activities for the kids ...drinks available and I saw people doing yoga ...a great place for picnics as well The service was super good. Had a great entrecote. Gorgeous park with enough wooded areas for a lovely walk with the dog. There’s a cafeteria where we had an ice cream and one toilet. But our favourite was the trail in the trees, with several zip-lines. We got takeaway pizza and sat by the river watching the ducks and boats. A few play areas. Nice little family spot.
