We had the pool rented for us but when we arrived here, she said that we didn't.. only after we showed the confirmation mail, she admitted it, but she still tried to find different reasons to keep us out of the pool. Waiters 10/10, location 5/10, manager 1/10 Waiters were very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, some of the utilities were not working (like the AC). The food was decent, the prices were high. The main issue we had was with the owner, mainly disagreements about services. The food was absolutely awful and the chicken very raw and bloody, not to mention it was half the portion, the service not great, the prices are much higher (over 50%) compared to last years. If you want to use only the pool, think twice as they do not include the food anymore and a drink as they used to. Pro: the place still looks great and clean, very green and spacious. Overall: I do not recommend if you want to only eat or use the pool. Go somewhere else where they did not get greedy and have an experienced cook.
