Came for a Sunday hike. Beautiful views of the valley. Had no idea there is food on Sundays but there is and the homemade cake was AMAZING!! We will be back for more nature and more cake ;) It is a beautiful castle. On top of a mountain. The road gets thinner and thinner, but eventually there is space to park. Unfortunately it was closed for corona. We were able to walk around and take beautiful pictures, the view from there is incredible. Der Eintritt ist frei aber nicht immer geöffnet! Burgruine, eigentlich mit Café,in den Wintermonaten leider geschlossen. We just happened to see the castle from the Autobahn on the way to our destination and decided to pay it a visit on our trip back on Sunday, which turned out to be a great decision! If you happen to pass by that corner, do consider stopping by, since it is really worth it (they seemed to close down towards 18:00) and depending on your walking/hiking needs, you can either park basically next to the portcullis or down the hill and take the footpath up.
