When arrived we have been told works from 1pm. Very careless staff member. To add, we had to leave as couldn’t wait for 40 minutes with kids for the to open I love it! Friendly reception staff, nice warm pool, always plenty space and good facilities. Arrived to be told we could only swim for 45mins or wait another 45mins to be able to swim for 60mins. Yet there seemed to be hardly anyone in the pool. Why would you only allow one hour sessions now? It's bad enough that the place is grubby and cold. Won't be bothering in future. It doesn't seem like they actually want you there. We had to go here because my son needed swimming lessons.We went to the changing room and get my son changed.Then we went to the spectator room and my son went to the group.after that my son didn't know where to go and I told him and went there.END OF STORY. Overall good but my son got 1 told off but the lesson was good! 4/5 me and my friends went to have a fun swim at the but all of the staff targeted us and had a go at us when we splashed one of our friends. they constantly were watching us and telling us off for things other people were doing aswell. Then as we’re in the showers 2 workers came in to the showers while we were showering then proceeded to tell us to clean up the soap that was on the floor from us and everyone else and then as we got changed they stood in the corner of the room waiting and watching. then we got banned 1 hour later when we did nothing wrong. I come here with my dad and every things good.the water always seems to be cold The place is a pigs pond, staff are literally swamp creatures , deserve no stars , lack of interest for general public swiming time , they don't respect timetable : you can end up paying 5£ for 20-30 minutes of swimming and kicked out because some unplanned activity starting on your payed time , rude attitude from staff .
