To be honest the best times of it has gone, and asking after 4am in the morning still for an entry fee is a bit wired. A lot of broken glas bottles on the floor and dance floor, sticky bars where you need to be careful where you place your drink ,... would be great if the management would put a bit more effort into the cleanness and not in collecting just an entry fee You can only pay by above 20€. 2 dancefloors, an immersive experience to graz music scene I know that providing free tap water isn't a legal requirement, but it is customary. Staff here were quite reluctant to hand some out. The general vibe is also quite weird. Middle aged men and teenage girls who seem to be trying to score drinks off them defined the ambiance for me. Nice club, but a bit annoying you can't pay by under 20 euro's. Also the mix drinks are incredible small for the price you pay. They require you to have a personal id, driving license, or a passport to enter, however document like aufenhaltstittle is not a valid id anymore. Surprisingly, for most foreign (outside EU) univeristy students, the only document they have, which is valid everywhere in Austria and EU, is the Aufenhaltstittle. Even the univeristy is officially not valid entry document. And lets be realistic, no one carries a passport when going out on a friday night. I felt very discriminated in front of my friends who were locals and had absolutely no questions asked. I think I might bring this incident up with ADSS and the city Graz. When I was a student I have been to Mausefalle and other clubs many time in last 6 years of my stay in Austria, but never was discriminating based on ID that I have, most importantly, which is valid across Austria and EU. Thank you. I have seen a lot but this is something. I get that businesses need to make money but this is just beyond ridiculous and I don't understand how nobody is questioning this? First of all, they are asking 6 EUR entry free - Cash only. Then, they ask you 2 EUR for each piece of clothing. They make sure that you pay for every single piece, don't worry about that. Now to the real absurd part: You cannot pay by inside, but you can ask them to "withdraw" money. So you swipe the at the machine and then they hand you a 20 EUR bill (you need to withdraw 20 EUR at least) - wth this is 2023. I have been around but never ever seen anything like this ever before. They even charge you for water - no free tap water, you need to buy a bottle. This is absolute rip off in every way. The owner tries to make money in every way possible. Absolute scam. They're so RACIST!!!! . I am sorry to post negative review. Even though I have Austrian residence permit they didn't allow me and my friend. They allow only Austrian citizens. I never thought and faced such a racist behaviour in my life :( Not very welcoming club! Very aggressive staff as if you bothering them by even coming 😄😄 Some of security act as fascist, they don’t debate and don’t bother to explain things, they just tell you to leave aggressively.. No problem with a stamp, but you should be allowed to pick where you want your stamp not where they decide is correct, back of hand, wrist should be your choice as long you have a stamp what’s the problem? The bartenders as well, if they do mistake they are not bothering to say sorry and rather be arrogant. I ordered double rum and cola the bartender gave me white rum without asking, when I asked for change she refused and told me is my problem.. If you tell them they made mistake they gaslight you and threaten they call security on you, as if you are not the one paying.. Who is giving a white rum as a standard??? Please stop fooling your customers and have some respect for people who spending money in your club.
