Great place to watch the sunsets.Not far from Kos main town. The water is clean and shallow and plenty of trees to take shade. Wonderful to sit and watch the sunset as it dips behind mountains on the horizon. Located on the Northern side of the island which seems to take the brunt of the wind so the water can be a bit choppy during the day but overall a nice with good amenities and a fantastic view of Turkey particularly at night. A great place to spend a few hours at the beach. Nice slow slope when entering the water, close to the Kos Town marina with a direct view of Bodrum, in Turkey. The around the top of Kos Island. Best of the kos especially for sunset. Good enough No sun beds (only designated for hotel guests ) I recommend Tigaki beach. We rented bicycles 🚲 from bicycle rental nearby cosmopolitan hotel where we stayed and took a 45 minutes ride along the Mediterranean Sea through small villages and farmlands. Lovely views and authentic experience. You won’t be disappointed if you like to ride a bike.. Visited here end of October, it was pleasant experience, very clean beach, not very crowded at all (given the timing of the year) & water was still fun to dive & swim in. is mainly pebbles (which makes it fun to find & collect unique stones for kids) but more sandy further up Okay, little colder first but comfortable temperature once inside the water.
