Beautiful I have been coming to Greece every year, and for many years Anemos was always one of our favorite places. Sadly, this year it has become a huge disappointment. The entire area next to the Anemos Bar is dirty, full of trash left by careless tourists, and clearly nobody is taking responsibility for cleaning it up. It feels neglected and nothing like the beautiful it once was. For the past two weeks I visited almost daily, and every time it was worse. Today was the breaking point: they removed most of the umbrellas and sunbeds near the bar, leaving no real space for guests. The only option left was one single uncomfortable chair, while everything else was either overcrowded or ridiculously overpriced. This is simply unacceptable. We left with our family and went just a few minutes down the to another bar, and the difference was shocking clean, well organized, and much more welcoming. Anemos has gone completely downhill. What used to be a highlight of our trips to Greece has turned into a place we will now avoid. I like the service, but the food is plain and portions are small. There are no mains in the menu that are without bread and/or fried potatoes. The has a lot of pebbles and stones. Would recommend the west end of the beach. Clean. Beautiful beach. Friendly service.
