She arrived at 8 and then started making for the people she knows and while we waited for her to finish and to get our order, she was annoyed and said “ I cannot serve you I still need to open the terrace” while she was serving other people. I understand she needs to open the shop but it was already 8, she should arrive earlier or at least be polite about it. It’s not ok to be unkind with your clients and tourist, we had a train to catch so we really needed to be in time and waited her for 15 mins either way. Very rude and not aware of customer service. This does not happen on 5 to go in other cities.
