They are really flexible and kind, we had a 2 days trip in the Itria valley with their mountain bikes which were well equipped (a little locker, helmet, little bag on the handlebar, one with a luggage rack with bungees, bottle holder) Everything was Perfect from the online exchanges, the meeting (so friendly and flexible), very good English, all explained and available if any problem, to the price and beyond. We did 35km a day and didn’t use more than 20% of the battery range, so don’t have an anxiety. Bikes were delivered & collected despite being 30km away from Ostuni with all equipment needed such as helmets, locks, puncture repair kit (not needed) and a smile. The ride took us through stunning olive groves, past charming masserias, and all the way to the sea—it was like pedaling through a postcard. Pierluigi was the perfect guide: warm, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He surprised us with delicious local pastries and espresso mid-ride, and the highlight was at the end when he treated us to the best mozzarella we had during our entire stay in Puglia. This was a true highlight of our trip—highly recommend to anyone wanting to see the real beauty of the region in a fun and authentic way! Perfect service! He gave us a route we could take along the coast, which was really beautiful! We had all the necessary equipment. We highly recommend it :) Booked 2 hours before collecting as did not know what to do for a day. Had a day out on our bikes. We were set up easily with a off road route taking us through the olive groves and along the coast. A lovely relaxing cycle and bikes were great.
