Beautiful Golf course from a tourists, not a Golfers perspective. Great golf course, well kept, deceptively difficult because even though flat lots of bunkers and some narrow fairways which keep it interesting and challenging, very enjoyable golf course to play, great restaurant and caddy staff too with tasty focaccia sandwiches too, thankyou On Friday the 13th we played 18 holes here. A very well maintained golf course. The fairways are nice and green, the greens are in good condition and well mowed. The practice was outstanding and balls were waiting lying in a pyramid shape. There is a lot of wind but with a temperature of 28 degrees that was pleasant. The last hole with a stroke index of 1 is a killer, especially if you are a bit tired. One disadvantage, the restaurant closed at 15:00. That is difficult if you come off the course at 17:00. Wine was available and made up for a lot! We enjoyed it a lot and walked a nice card. Had to make time to visit the course in southern Italy. Was not busy (Early Nov.) and was able to enjoy my 9 holes. Played nice and easy but had a ton of breaks go my way, could have easily been a difficult course. Windy windy windy!!!! Staff was friendly and welcoming. A bit pricy but was the only real course in town. Would like to see a nicer Pro Shop with more selections but overall 5 stars! New golfer visiting from abroad so was a bit intimidated visiting such a nice looking course and not speaking the language. Just wanted to hit some balls in the morning before a wedding. €25 got access to both driving ranges (one covered one not), as many balls as you wanted, chip and putt greens, and I kid you not, a 5 hole parr 3 course if you wanted. Staff were lovely and multilingual and very generous with explanations. The course looks terrific and well kept and very welcoming. Good golf course for the area, excellent facilities and staff. Part of the hotel Borgo Egnazia. Friendly atmosphere. Great food and drinks, marvellous services. This was an hour drive for me so was hoping was worth it But I needed not to worry, well worth the visit, i wanted to just hit a few range balls, and not play around, 25 for unlimited time and balls, never know what the hire clubs would be..?
