Our guide was amazing and we really enjoyed learning about the making process from beginning to end. The and food plate provided afterwards was also delicious! Highly recommend!! We were staying in a trullo nearby and booked the tour- offered in English. We saw making, the cows, the cold room for aging cheese- and overall learned a lot about the process. The sampling at the end had very generous portions too! All around with the price. The staff is super kind and wish them so much success! Message them on WhatsApp to connect! A highlight of our trip to Puglia A great place to Puglia at its best. The shows how they make the in the traditional way. You see the in their habitat, including the baby calves. An unforgettable experience. And the samples are plentiful with cheeses, and spreads. You can also buy the products in their shop. Do not miss this if you come to the Valle d'itria. The is wonderful (I wanted to lock myself up in the aging room with a bottle of and a loaf of bread 😁) The tasting afterward meant canceling lunch because they provided so much. Amazing! We loved every bit of it! Seeing the and calves, the making process, the tasting (yummy)..and the best, the warmth of this family who was above and beyond welcoming and even accommodated our dog for part of the tour! We will definitely visit again and I would do it daily if I was closer ☺️. Thank you! Fantastic on the tour! The staff were super friendly and the guide spoke great English. Awesome seeing how buratta and are made from to table. And eating it as fresh as humanly possible. Would highly for lovers A Truly Unforgettable at Masseria Fragnite We had the absolute pleasure of visiting Masseria Fragnite, and it was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip. From start to finish, the was warm, authentic, and incredibly memorable. We were so well looked after by the lovely Lucia, whose passion and knowledge shone through every part of the tour. She was not only informative but also incredibly patient and accommodating, taking the time to explain everything so beautifully and making sure we felt welcome at every step. One of the standout moments was the mozzarella-making demonstration, brought to life by the brilliant and entertaining maestro cheesemaker, Pietro. His skill, energy, and charisma made the so engaging and fun — we were captivated from the first stretch of curd to the final delicious bite. We also got to see the being milked and toured the room, gaining a real appreciation for the care and craftsmanship behind every product made at the Masseria. To top it all off, we were treated to a picnic basket filled with the most delicious delights produced right there on the farm, everything was fresh, flavorful, and a true taste of Puglia. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and a deep appreciation for the incredible work being done at Masseria Fragnite. If you're in the area, do not miss this experience, it's an authentic and joyful immersion into tradition at its very best. Fabulous learning how is made On a passé un super moment This was very interesting tour, very educative. Nice farm, cute cows, extremely friendly and shiny staff. You should not miss it! An old school dairy that organized a tour. It was nice to see that they have kept things as simple as possible with minimal mechanization. They showed us all their animals and facilities. These included their room, milking area and the kitchen where the are made. To conclude they have a very generous potion of meats bread and wine. They even give you take away boxes should you want to home some extra for later. Très très bons fromages, burrata excellente, très bon accueil avec Pietro Absolutely loved the and it. The staff and the guide were super friendly and speaking very good english. They explain the whole process very well and you learn a lot about cheese. At the end of the you will get to have a small picnic and they provide a charcuterie board, drinks, bread, and amazing fresh burrata and mozarella. I would highly a visit. We went as a group of 7 and thoroughly enjoyed it. You will see cows, calves, learn about farming, milk products and how and other are made. There is a lovely picnic at the end with a good selection of different types of mozzarella, several cheeses, capocollo, other home made products, rose and water. A worthwhile visit at a reasonable price. Absolutely loved this Experience! Very interesting to learn how the runs, visit with the cows, and watch a demonstration on how different kinds of are made. The best part of course was eating a variety of and enjoying a basket with wine, bread, taralli, etc. I've never eaten so much at one time, and I absolutely loved it! Book directly with the Fragnite. It's cheaper and more money goes to them, instead of a facility. The at Masseria Fragnite in Ceglie Messapica was truly the icing on the cake of our wonderful holiday in Puglia. The authentic atmosphere of the masseria, with its wide spaces and vibrant colors, brought us closer to nature and cute little dogs. The children loved seeing the calves, learning how milk is collected, and discovering how is made. Our guide Giulia was friendly and engaging; she even entertained us with little quizzes during the visit, which made it fun for everyone. Her colleague Rocco, who demonstrated how is prepared, was also kind and pleasant. The ended with a delicious tasting that made us parents very happy — and even the kids enjoyed it! We highly this activity. Giulia also specializes in tours in English, though she kindly guided us in Italian. We are Italian tourists living in London, and we felt right at home <3 We had an incredible private of their and making process. The is charming and the owners and all the employees are incredibly friendly. I would highly a and especially a private tour, if available!
