We came on a Saturday because of all the positive reviews, but unfortunately the service was very bad. We had to wait about an hour for the food and at least another half an hour for the bill. That is unacceptable. Food was okay. Will not come again and will not recommend. Muy bueno todo lo que pedimos, Gerardo atentosimo, simpático y eficiente. I had secreto iberico, my wife had entrecot. Both dishes came with beautiful stir-fry veg and chips and the meat, was so tender and juicy. Si el restaurante está lleno, cómo era el caso, no dan a basto. A la hora de pagar nos dicen que la carta que nos han dado para pedir no está actualizada y que los precios son otros más caros. Went alone for lunch...completely ignored for almost an hour, had to ask for a menu and drink 3 times. Ignored for a further half hour so went to the bar and ordered. Waited further hour then asked twice where my food was...each time having to walk to the bar as completely ignored by waiters. Food finally arrived.. without cutlery. Asked for cutlery. 15 minutes later no cutlery so back to the bar to get my own. Was furious and told the waiter. Completely different experience if you're a solo woman having lunch alone then if you're in a group. Terribly disappointed Went here for dinner last night and had a fantastic meal, service was excellent. The waiter was lovely understanding our pigeon English.
