Then was also excellent despite my initial concerns it was coming from Poland to Croatia. They helped to get it into the property no problem and were friendly and helpful. The only minor inconvenience was that the came with mounting brackets only for the orientation shown on the website. Since we wanted to hang it differently, we had to purchase additional brackets.
