This one fit the description too, though it leaned more toward the modern side compared to other karczmas I’ve visited. It’s located right next to a horse farm, which can also be a nice attraction for kids. That said, being so close to a farm (and visiting on a sunny Sunday during the long weekend) meant there were quite a lot of flies around, which was a bit of a drawback during lunch. On busy days, you should also expect some queues at the bar, where guests order and pay upfront before waiting at their tables. We waited around 10 minutes to order, and another 10 minutes for the food to arrive which, honestly, wasn’t bad at all. I went for potato pancakes with goulash and a Polish style surówka. The meat was fattier than I expected, but the portion was generous and the flavors very satisfying overall. We also shared a szarlotka with ice cream, which arrived hot and fresh, exactly as it should be. All in all, a pleasant experience, and I’d recommend a visit. Food very bland, tried hasbrown with mushroom and pork tenderloin,sand in the mushroom sauce,pork dry and tasteless,wife's roast potatoes were deep fried and not seasoned and waitress had no idea about what gluten is,place totally empty and looked like it was out of business,nice decor though,very rustic, I think they should stick to doing the horse thing and not the food ,avoid this restaurant Delicious Polish food and friendly staff.
