We had lunch here last Saturday during the long weekend, and as expected, it was fairly crowded. While the rest of the group went for full lunches, I was in the mood for something sweet along with a kawa mrożona from the menu. I was craving szarlotka with ice cream on top, but was told they couldn’t serve it that way, so I settled for one without. I can’t comment on the lunches the rest of the group had, but the szarlotka and the coffee I ordered really didn’t meet my expectations. The dough, the filling, overall just not what I was hoping for. For now, I can only rate my experience three stars, though I’ll be more than happy to update my review next time I stop by here during my visit in Łosie. A lovely place, very cozy. Maybe because of all these greens in interior design. Huge plates, gargantuan amounts of food, including some local specialities, which you will not get anywhere else. Extremely good price to quality ratio. Local sheep cheeses, fresh vegetables and fantastic dumplings, yummy pancakes. One thing that strikes as usual is the very young staff, basically teenagers, who would use some guidance on both noting the orders and remembering to serve dishes more or less at the same time. But that is probably the new reality. Lovel location, nice spacey building, with outdoor quirky seating area, ice cream van in summer, inside is friendly, interesting design, friendly service and tasty, affordable meals, function room on first floor, with balcony, overall it's very good place for whole family or friends, or alone experience, recommend 5/5, would recommend! Great restaurant. Clean, modern and good food. Much recommended. This is the sad story of a decent kitchen let down by poorly trained and managed front-of-house staff. Long waits for menus, for drinks, for the food itself. While waiting I saw tables cleaned and then cleaned again, staff moving the furniture around while customers were wailing to be seated, wrong dishes brought to tables, menus left after orders were given. No individual person was at fault, the whole thing was just a bit useless and the atmosphere was unfriendly and cold. Fantastyczne miejsce! Tasty food at fair prices. Quality/quantity compared to prices leaves the competition without a chance.
