Et de plus, on y dégusté d'excellents vins qu'on peut ensuite acheter dans leur cave 100m plus loin :-) What a delight to have found this. A lovely bar, with an excellent selection of that all come with a story and are all unique. We had a welcome, wonderful advice and some delicious snacks to go with the wonderful wines. On top, we got some tips for exceptional things to find in town and a lot of kindness and warmth. This is really a place to spend an evening in Arras. This place was really good. The bread, the hummus, cheese, the drinks and desserts, all so good. I did remove a star because so many of their dishes had pork or shellfish I resorted to eating a grilled cheese sandwich. place. It was a cold and wet evening when I went in and the place made me feel warmer and drier just buy it’s atmosphere! And, of course, centrally located. Je connaissais le bar avant même leur déménagement et c'est toujours un plaisir d'être accueillie par une équipe jeune, dynamique et des gérants qui prennent le temps de parler avec les clients. Le cadre est agréable et apaisant, bien pensé, en phase avec l'activité. Je suis toujours bien conseillée sur les vins avec une carte qui change chaque semaine. Les sommeliers sont à l'écoute de nos attentes et proposent toujours un vin de qualité qui correspond à nos goûts. Au top comme d’habitude! L’équipe est toujours aux petits soins pour vous, on ce sent comme à la maison tout simplement! Le conseil vin est pointu et tape toujours dans le mille, et c’est encore mieux si laissez glisser sur une découverte!! Concernant la carte, c’est du frais, du vrai, de saison et du fait maison donc que du bonheur!! Mention spéciale pour le riz au lait qui est à tomber par terre. We read the reviews about La Dame Jeanne so had to visit during a trip to the Arras Christmas market. We weren't looking for a restaurant meal and so the small plates menu was perfect for us, and the food was very good. We sat in the cellar and had exceptional table service, particularly enjoying talking through the extensive list. The service was outstanding and we were made very comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for lunch the following day. Highly recommended.
