I did both my Open Water Certification and Advanced Open Water Certification with the at Cala Pada Center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I specially like to thank Matze 🤩. From the very first day, the whole made me feel welcome and safe. They were extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable, which gave me a lot of confidence as a new diver. At the same time, they created a fun and relaxed atmosphere, which made every something to look forward to. Not only were the themselves amazing – exploring the beautiful underwater world around Ibiza – but I also really enjoyed the social I spent with the outside of the water. It honestly felt like joining a little family during my stay. One thing that truly impressed me was how they handled an unexpected situation: when my father unfortunately broke his elbow, the immediately stepped in. They organized transport to the hospital, translated everything from Spanish to English, and stayed with him the entire during the diagnostics. Their kindness and support in that stressful moment went far beyond what you would ever expect from a school — and we are deeply grateful for it. I can wholeheartedly recommend Cala Pada Center to anyone looking to get certified or simply enjoy some incredible in Ibiza. I will definitely be back for more! There was a lack of communication. I booked two and asked in advance if a specific site is possible. Been told it's not possible at any weather but there was no communication once i arrived. They didn't perform proper body checks and I didn't know who my buddy would be until we jumped into the water. Got two different fins and keep losing one, my wetsuit fit very poorly. Beim ersten Mal begegnete ich einem Barracuda, und später entdeckte ich einen roten Seestern – ein Moment, den ich nie vergessen werde. Bei meinem dritten Tauchgang sah ich sogar einen ganzen Barracuda-Schwarm. Dank meines Tauchbuddys konnte ich außerdem einen Oktopus und einen lilafarbenen Seestern bestaunen. Jeder Tauchgang fühlt sich an, als wäre ich in einem riesigen, lebendigen Aquarium, umgeben von Fischschwärmen in allen Farben & Größen. Für meine Tochter ist es eine ebenso wunderbare Erfahrung. Die kindgerechten Erklärungen und die liebevolle Betreuung bringen ihr das Tauchen näher und ihre Begeisterung würde sofort entfacht. Tina und Jogi, die das Center führen, schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der wir uns beide pudelwohl fühlen. Die Basis ist modern und sauber, und die ganze Crew sorgt dafür, dass jede Minute zu einem entspannten Erlebnis wird. Der Kurs damals war hervorragend organisiert und es wurde alles gelehrt was wichtig war. Meine Freiwassertauchgänge hat damals Jogi selbst mit mir durchgeführt und haben unendlich Spaß gemacht. Auf diesem Weg ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön das ihr mir diesen tollen Sport beigebracht habt. Habe mittlerweile CMAS **** durch HELMUT DRACHE erlangt und tauche nach wie vor mit vollster Begeisterung. Liebe Grüße Nice little center situated on a beach in Ibiza. Easy sites perfect for getting back into after a break. The jetty for the boat is right next to the center. Very friendly staff but when we were there they were slightly overwhelmed by the number of guests from the nearby club „Magic Life“ who were looking for discover and courses. Wir wären während unserer Zeit auf Ibiza am liebsten in der Tauchschule eingezogen. Alle sind super herzlich und sehr daran interessiert, einem das schönste Taucherlebnis zu ermöglichen. Ich hatte vor meinem allerersten Tauchgang großen Respekt und hab mich etwas schwergetan. Ich wurde jedoch sehr empathisch und professionell an die Materie herangeführt. und so haben wir nach dem OWD direkt 10 Tauchgänge drangehängt, weil die Angst einfach nicht mehr relevant war. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir definitiv wieder und lassen uns weiter ausbilden. Wir können die Schule von Herzen empfehlen. Durch die Tauchgänge ist unser Urlaub unvergesslich geworden! Danke von Herzen an das gesamte 🤍 My son is PADI Open Water Junior and I’m Rescue Diver. It was his first in the sea (we in lake in Luxembourg…). we really enjoyed the 2 dives. Max, our guide, was perfect and all divers on the boat were very friendly. The captain knows perfectly his reefs. And I was amazed by the aquatic fauna. Perfect scuba center to in Ibiza. One of the best centers I know! Tina and Jogi run, for decades, a great operation, child-friendly, safety-oriented, in a family atmosphere in the beautiful Cala Pada bay. Well-suited for kids (my daughter did a „discover scuba“ course) up to experienced divers (I have over 200 dives). Great sites, too: In 10 days, we saw wrecks, dive-through reefs, 100 year old anchors, a sunken lighthouse (sic!), barracudas, octopus, crabs, rays, moray eels, and lots of fish. We even spotted dolphins - however, above water... All in all, a great way to experience Ibiza‘s East Coast and the Tagomago natural reserve diving! Amazing !!! Ich war das erste Mal in Cala Papa tauchen und werde bestimmt noch öfters gehen. Total nette und familiäres Ambiente mit Jogi & Tina, den erfahrenen Tauchlehrern und auch den anderen Tauchern, die oft schon seit vielen Jahren und für mich spürbar immer gerne wieder kommen. Ich bevorzuge ein unkompliziertes, aber trotzdem professionelles Vorbereiten, Tauchen und Nachbesprechen. Genau das habe ich hier gekriegt. Unterwasser gab es wahnsinnig viel zu erkunden, da die Tauchspots im Meeresschutzgebiet liegen und somit unzählbar viele Fische und eine atemberaubende Wasserlandschaft zu sehen sind. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Professionelle Tauchschule und Tauchlehrer! Umgang war sehr herzlich und unsere Tauchlehrerin Nicole hat uns das Wissen für unseren Tauchschein (OWD) verständlich und herzlich vermittelt. Wir haben uns unter Wasser mit ihr, David und Matthias stets sicher gefühlt. Auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen! :) Awful. We went there, me and my boyfriend, for snorkeling. In the boat, we were only 2 to do snorkeling, other people were doing a baptism. So they left us in a spot that wasn't for snorkeling. When we started to swim there we noticed a large number of jellyfish were in the water with us, so much that we saw one jellyfish every meter. We cannot explore further than 1 meter away the boat. It was too dangerous as the jellyfish were highly close to the top of the sea and we didn't had wet suit. At the end we waited 1hour in the boat... When we came back the woman from the secretary just said "There are jellyfish it is normal, it's nature !"... Oh please don't be silly!! It is your duty to bring us to safe place, all the more so as we paid 45euros for staying in a small ship ! To make a long story short : avoid them. I completed my CMAS one star diver course here, I would definitely recommend! I dove a total of 10 times, both through the course and with my husband, who has been with this center since he was young. I really enjoyed my with the instructor Robin, he was patient and helpful and made sure I was comfortable and competent when diving. I enjoyed the many fish and corals that we saw when diving, looking forward to my next trip here! I will be back!! I did my Open Water and Advanced course with Mathias at CALA PADA and had a great every dive. Cannot wait to go back next summer (hopefully) for more dives, this as a certified person! Fantastic people. This was my sons first taste of as he’s just turned 8 years old. Can’t thank Robin enough for his and knowledge putting Alfie through his paces and teaching him the basics and all safety aspects required to take his first sea dive. He’s already looking forward to his next adventure. Meine Tochter und ich waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal Gast in der Tauchschule von Tina und Jogi. Wir sind mega-zufrieden und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Herbst. Das gesamte Teams ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und engagiert, auch hinsichtlich Details. My Godson had a test at the pool and the following day had his first 40 minute in the sea. The instructors could not have been more welcoming to a young boy of 12. Their teaching was excellent and Tom is looking to continue further training in the U.K. Thank you so much for showing me a hole other world underwater. Thank you Matthias for your patience, you made me feel very safe and confident under the water. I couldn’t ask for a better instructor. Now I have my PADI open water certification and ready to around the world. 🌎 They offer fantastic guided and the best training I’ve come across. Couldn’t ask for a better place to learn. Matthias was a superb and extremely knowledgeable instructor and led some excellent dives. Davy and the rest of the were also great fun, very relaxed but professional, felt in safe hands. Only downside was I didn’t have enough to complete my Advanced course as well. Super Ablauf! My ten year old and I have just completed our basic qualification at this centre and the experience was nothing less than unforgettable. The there have years of experience and are incredibly family-friendly and welcoming. In the capable hands of our instructor Sebastian, my son and I learnt a huge amount in a few short days. But most of all we had so much fun that we now just can’t wait to come again. The themselves - around Isla Eulalia and Isla Redona - beautiful. We are absolutely hooked and all thanks to these guys! Thank you!! Centre Cala Pada is a great place for both serious divers and beginners who want to discover Scuba Diving. Tina and Jogi are friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. For those interested they offer CMAS certifications for different lvls. Two very nice and many thanks to Robin for showing us around. A few morays, barracuda and a very nice surprise, an octopus 🐙.
