Pratique pour les toilettes gratuites Nice place to kill some time! Free entry and a really pleasant spot to walk around. Definitely worth checking out if you’re nearby. So many interesting stories behind the paintings. The while atmosphere is top notch. Best of all, it's free! A great hidden gem in Ibiza which I didn’t expect after walking in Dalt Vila. The has several floors and different exhibits all well arranged and explained in English / Spanish. Staff is help ful and I recommend a visit! A lovely gallery full of midcentury modern pieces, situated in Ibiza Town. We arrived just before closing but they allowed us in and we got to see all the exhibitions. Great, small modern art museum. A good stop in Dalt Vila. It‘s also free of charge. Must see contemporary art hidden in the historic center of Eivissa! 💕 I walked here on a very hot day and Google did not tell me it was closed for the summer very disappointing. Pequeño museo con interesantes obras.Restos arqueológicos en su interior.Personal amable. I visited one morning at the end of April. The building is impressively integrated into the old walls is a delight within itself and the views created to the outside. The art work is over four levels and the theme is that each artist has a link to ibiza ( not sure how flexibly that qualification has been applied) . Thoroughly enjoyed the variety of works/ sculptures. Apart from the Goya they were all artists I had not heard of. All well presented in the gallery’s. Finally the floor of the basement is glass which enables you to view the rock and stone foundations of the fort. The old lady curator seemed to want to follow me around one floor. That felt a bit odd. However, I attribute it to part of the museums contemporary experience and it did me no harm! Overall I recommend. The building and contents together are worth 37 minutes of everyone’s time. Entry fee is gratis which is my favourite price point ! After 25 years passing by we finally found the right at the entrance to Dalt Vila! Amazingly spacious and almost empty! Nice little art in this sun kissed island however the old lady in the ground floor room constantly following and watching me going through every painting. When I looked at her in the eye and kind of queried why. She just looked at me back saying nothing. We stared at each other for about 15 long seconds. Brilliant gallery. Amazing renovation of fortifications housing a spectacular collection of work from Ibizenco artists. Serious art pushing boundaries. Great to see something local that works on a universal level. If you like art, dont miss this. Possibly the best free thing on the whole island .. I loved this little museum. 3 main rooms with art from different artists, including Joana Vasconcelos, from Portugal. You need about 1 hour to visit leisurely and appreciate the art Beautiful building, average displays, the rudest staff I've ever encountered. If you hate the public so much don't work with them. A really lovely with a creator space and library. Very well done. Loved my afternoon spent here. Interesting modern art gallery right in the Dalt Vila. Free to visit, it has works by Ibizan and Spanish artists covering a range of periods, movements and media. Beautiful architecture and integration into the historic centre, including a glazed floor revealing ancient ruins beneath. The was truly excellent—very impressive and thoughtfully curated. The selection of work was incredibly interesting and engaging. The only thing I felt was missing was a shop. It would have been great to have a space offering unique and meaningful items related to the exhibitions—like books, postcards, post-its, or small souvenirs connected to the work or Ibiza itself. Especially since there’s no entry fee, it would have been nice to have the opportunity to support them in another way. Love the ambiance)) right spot to slowdown and enjoy exposition and library with lots of good books about visual art where u also can comfortably have your reading times ! What a lovely surprise! A very nice with a mix of contemporary, modern, graphic and archaeological pieces. Nicely curated and set in a unique location. It was free of charge, although I would have gladly paid.
