I would give this place zero stars if I could. Came here to grab what we thought would be a quick bite, turned out to be a 2 hour ordeal, and left without eating. Service is horrible; half hour wait for someone to come wipe off the table, another 20 minutes before someone came to take our order and that was because we grabbed the waitresses attention. After waiting about another hour, and noticing people that had come in after us were already being served, we checked on the status of our order and were told it would be a while yet, with an attitude, at which point we got up and left. So we sat down in front of him and waited. We noticed other families were being waited on first and we asked him how much longer and he said he didn’t see us..I am not sure how he did not see us if we were sitting in front of him and spoke to him on arrival. Esta situação repetida demonstra falta de organização, profissionalismo e respeito pelos clientes habituais. É uma pena, porque a qualidade dos produtos sempre foi boa, mas o mau atendimento recorrente leva-me seriamente a repensar se voltarei a frequentar este estabelecimento.
