Beautiful little gingerbread house, i was expecting Hansel and Gretel are stepping out from the house in any minute. Very kind service, top of notch house made cake! Must visit! Fantastich! What a beautiful place, great food and the service was perfect. We will come back and stay for a weekend. It was the perfect respite we needed from hiking the Eifelsteig! We stopped in here for breakfast on a hiking weekend. The food was fantastic, the service very friendly and attentive, and they have lots of cute souvenirs to buy as well. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Enjoying very tasty cabbage soup plus delicious cake & coffee in the garden of this delightful café was the fitting end of a most wonderful hike through the Eifel. Very kind proprietor combined with a cozy patio and garden makes the visit a memorable goal for future outings. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality. I will be back sonn! Nice place, great espresso and breakfast I would avoid this place if I could. Arrived for breakfast at 9 am, sat inside. the waitress saw us and kept serving others. Never came to us. We assumed she’s busy and kept waiting. At 9:45 I asked if we can be served now. In a broken English she said that you can be served only outside, not inside. Saw us sitting and waiting for 40 minutes and didn’t even mention this. Offered us to seat outside and wait for another half an hour. We refused of course and left hungry and very disappointed.
