I recently dived twice with BDH and loved the experience. As a company, they were amazing- communicative, well organised, supportive, safe, friendly, funny, attentive. They were even able to cater to me last minute when I wanted to fit in an extra day of diving! My last guide was Ahmed and he was just brilliant. He noticed when I didn't have enough weight and stuffed an extra one in my pocket! Also shout out to Mohamed who helped me with my gear! Ahmed and co are doing a fabulous job making so many beautiful memories for people like us. Also they are very vigilant in taking care of people who are nervous or who are for the first tome. I'd already dived decades ago, but for the wife, this was her first after just snorkelling previously for years. Top service from personal collection from our hotel (more polishing 😂 required) to drop-off and everything in between culminating in a memorial experience. Dragon was amazing and took his to build the wife's confidence, going through all the kit and equipment and how the would be structured. Kitted up and in the water within 5 minutes of nerve calming and handholding, she was away and into her first dive. Returning onboard for me to take my turn and the chance for her to recover. With us both back onboard, it was for our freshly cooked local lunch and cold drinks, which were most appreciated. The second gave us the opportunity to together and see the fish and coral together. Throughout the day, the crew checked on us to ensure we were OK and the coffee flowed. The was immaculate, and the whole team worked together seamlessly. Big thanks to you for everything you did prior to our arrival and meeting us personally on the day, ensuring everything went to plan. If you've read my review and you're considering whilst in Hurghada we would highly Steve and his team, as for what we saw on the day they're so professional and take care of all there clients especially safety. These guys treat you like family and not just a customer. Ticked off the Thistlegorm from my bucket list today (Thanks Ahmed). I cannot these guys enough. Everything was sorted before we even arrived in Egypt and they forgot absolutely nothing that we requested. The food on board is and the transfer from your hotel are reliable. Did a 10 day package with BDH, used own equipment which the team washed and stored daily. I was made to feel like part of the family from day one. Booked before left UK via Insta and WhatsApp, efficiently organised by Steve. Ahmed contacted me day before to say Hi and check pick ups etc, everything was smoothly run with daily WhatsApp messages re dives/rest and hotel pick ups. Return drop off to accomodation also provided. Experienced guides on boat, looking after various level of diver and courses, lead by Ahmed or Steve, one or both of them being on daily. I dived mainly with Ahmed or Ragon who are brothers and such awesome proffessionals. Safety first, briefings, intuitive leaders underwater with "eagle eyes" for spotting all sealife, big and small and fun to be around. The is exceptional, food great, mid soup, lunch, afternoon fruit, unlimited hot drinks and drinking water provided, hot showers, loads of space, big deck and saloon, shaded top deck seating/tables plus 2 sundecks with beds. Superb Captain and team, all friendly, helpful, quick to assist with equipment, your entry/exit on all dives and logging everyone's info plus boatmanship. My family and I have today finished a 3 of with British Hurghada. I can't them highly enough. My daughter and I did refreshers and 2 diving, whilst my partner did a refresher whilst accompanying our 13 year old son on his PADI referral O/W dives. This ability to tailor the is in my mind what separates this company from any I've been with in the past with a real understanding of the individuals needs and abilities. Our instructors were Jahalan and Ragab. Both these guys were brilliant and obviously love what they do and enthuse about it during their with you. The entire crew of the Diamond Isabella were very professional in every aspect of the procedures going the extra mile to make sure our dives were safe and enjoyable. It is obvious that they are all very experienced and knowledgeable in what they do and it's done in a calm, efficient manner that puts you at ease. Even the yachts cat, 'Oosie'? Is super chilled! I've read a few of the reviews on here and much has been said of the food. I'll echo the sentiment...its very good. Thanks too to our daily pickups and dropoffs from Ahmed from/to our hotel. I had dived before, but it was 14 years ago. My wife was quite nervous about and my boys were excited to give it a go. From being picked up at our hotel and bought to the boat, we were well looked after. We had an excellent brief about the equipment and safety initially before we reached the site. We were set up with all the equipment and then taken on the with an instructor holding us the entire way on the 1st where we went to about 4m. We had a lovely lunch on board and then had a second, longer and went a little deeper too. For anyone nervous about or just wanting to try it, this would highly recommended. After our we all want to again and there is no better place than the Red Sea. All the crew on our were and we felt completely safe and taken care of, making this a experience. My daughter and I dived with Ahmed and had a fantastic time. I would highly if you want a superior in Hurghada. From the initial booking, via Steve, to the hotel pickups and it was seamless and easy. The facilities were fantastic and all the hire kit relatively new and in shape. Ahmed was our instructor and showed patience, knowledge and humour helping my daughter complete her open water qualification. She absolutely loved the experience. From the booking process and Interaction with steve and the team before hand was on point and answered any question we had. Went to some fantastic stunning locations where we saw some stunning reefs and marina life. My partner only being open water and not experienced much felt super relaxed and safe around these guys and, we met some people along the way. 3 of in clear blue sea as far as the eye could see. Whole 10/10 from start to finish.. so we couldn’t not take up the opportunity to one last with them and booked 2 more dives. We will be back 🤿 Planned a 3 day course, and 1 day snorkeling for myself, by contacting company through their website. Communication whilst in both the UK and Egypt was excellent. Responses were prompt. Prices were in line with many other operators, if not cheaper. Whilst in Egypt, was able to book extra dives. My sons instructor, Ahmed, was excellent. Calm, patient and everything was based with safety first. Would highly for an excellent experience, and will definitely look to use again if we revisit Hurghada. We had an amzing 4 with this company. Right from the start Steve replied very quickly to any booking questions and even called me to discuss. They picked us up from our hotel everyday. On the first day it was my sons b day and Ahmed organised a cake and got all of the crew and other divers to sing! They even gave him a present. We dived with several instructors but mainly with Ahmed who was excellent. My sons completed their advanced course with him. He was always patient and very safety conscious. He was also fun! We always went to different sites. The crew were amazing and especially Muhammad who couldn't do anything more. We hired most if our equipment which was excellent quality and the crew washed everything out when we returned to port. The lunch was lovely and catered for all of our needs. Our instructor, Ahmed, was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly passionate about diving. He made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable, which really enhanced the experience. The sites were breathtaking, filled with vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life. Ahmed's expertise allowed us to explore some hidden gems, and he provided fascinating insights about the underwater ecosystem. The equipment was well-maintained, and the small group size ensured personalized attention. Overall, British Hurghada exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to with them again. Thank you, Ahmed, for an unforgettable adventure! after more than 40 dives over three years with different companies I found these guys last year when a trip was cancelled. I had five of amazing dives with in my opinion, one of the most professional outfits I've been with out there. they really looked after me. the crew are so welcoming and helpful. the masters and instructors are highly profesional and multi linguistic. I promised I would come back this year and I did. I spent 21 with these guys making all my skills and certification through to master from advanced open water. they became like family. Ahmed, Steve and ghalan are the reason I can say i am a master today. thank you guys. all the gear is some of the best maintained and condition I have seen on any boat. the food is lovely and freshly prepared every day. and the sites, the Wreck Elmina among them are truly awesome. thank you guys for the and training. I will see you in the new year. inshallah 🙏 ❤️ We went with a group of friends in October , one who certified with them whilst we did our own alongside them. We went to some amazing sites and were lucky enough to see some wrecks, rays, turtles and even whaleshark alongside smaller but plentiful reef fish and nudis. The boats are really nice with a helpful and friendly crew and some amazing lunch provided too! Big shout out to Ahmed who looked after us immaculately: clear briefings, welcoming us each day, and organising us a bespoke trip to Marsa Alam to try and see dugong. We will be back! After a 20 year gap from Ahmed and his amazing team took my husband and I through a refresher course that included 2 dives which we can honestly say from start to finish were 5star plus. Such a welcoming team, that supported us, so attentive to every detail, making it a stress free day with extreme professionalism along with many laughs. sites were fantastic. They provided us with airport transfers and also let our group use the mini bus to explore Hurghada, and looked after us for every single need we had while away, or no! This was the greatest of my life i really enjoyed it the staff are very respectful and helpful i’d highly booking with this company it won’t disappoint. My thirteen year old son and I have just completed five of with the BDH which included the PADI Open Water Training. Both of us have come away tremendously impressed with the entire from start to finish, to the point where we already discussing our return trip! Ahmed led the training and is an excellent teacher radiating patience and kindness. He sets the gold standard in and out of the water and has with him a team of support who should also be warmly commended. Five stars without a moment’s hesitation.
