There is also a nice 2km walk along the dike back to the visitor centre which takes you along the top of the sea barrier where you'll have nice views of the mudflats on one side and the polder on the other side. You'll also be walking between the sheep roaming in the area. Nothing particularly breathtaking, and unfortunately, no spotted. Good if you're just looking to get some fresh sea air and unwind a bit. It’s so good to see the local people putting so much effort in protecting the animals while at the same time allowing tourists to enjoy the sights. Nice place.
