No matter when I passed by this place in the morning—weekday or weekend—the line of people waiting for their was always impressive. Naturally, I got curious. I decided to come a bit later in the day. There was no line, but only one empty table left. What surprised me the most was how genuinely happy they were to have me there. They gave me space and time to take pictures of the walls, which were covered in posters that caught my attention. They even took a moment to tell me about the different types of churros. My order was ready in just two minutes. And when I realized I couldn’t finish everything and decided to take the rest to go, the woman at the counter insisted—almost convinced me—that I had to take the too. After all, how could I eat without chocolate? She carefully packed everything so that nothing would spill. It’s been almost a week, and I still think about this place with a smile. I don’t know exactly how long this churrería has been around, but I read somewhere that it has been in business for eight generations. That alone is impressive. The place itself is simple—plastic tables and chairs, nothing fancy. The posters on the walls definitely catch your eye. But the real magic here? It’s the people. Churros, served with different types of sauces. They were crispy, slightly salty, and not greasy at all—just the way they should be. And the chocolate? More like a rich hot drink—sweet but not overly intense. Maybe it would be even better with Nutella 😁. Fabulous service and fast !! They have a few tables on the Street outside . But the plus here is the Speedway the Quality of the Porras and also they do have mail which is oat and without lactose definitely the best I have tried . Hot and real natural juices are another plus all fab The are crunchy and light. The is tasty and not too sweet. The place is small, with not too many tables, but the turnover was fast and we didn't have to wait long. The best with i ever tried! ❤️ the staff is so nice and fast (respect!) ☺️ If i get a chance i will defenitly come back ❤️🤩 Excellent place for churros! Very reasonable prices, €4.20 for 4 and 1 small chocolate. We shared and it wasn't too much. were freshly made and very busy with locals. not too sweet. Good prices and food. They also have sandwiches and savory items. Best I ever had! Don’t go elsewhere in Tenerife .. JUST STICK with this place. The cafe is busy but efficient. Both Finos and Grueso are delicious. and cafe are also yummy. Best in Santa Cruz. The finos are wonderfully crisp and delicious and the rich and thick - full of chocolate. Note the limited hours and plan your morning around a visit The best we've ever tasted in Tenerife! The little ones are nice and crispy, and the big ones are thick and chewy - a real treat! The complements them perfectly. If you're passing through Santa Cruz, this is an address not to be missed. Best in the city! The place is full of locals (that is the first sign of a good place😅), the prices are more than okay, the are delicious. We ordered Finos (6 piece of churros) for both of us (so 12 ridiculously big churros), and two hot (the big one) and paid around 8 euros, maybe 9. Definitely worth a visit!
