A warm and relaxing shelter from a storm. Nice spa. They work with time slots to manage the amount of customers. But we were the only ones there so we could only use the sauna for 40 minutes. I went to the hotel in Feb for a weekend break. The room was full of humidity and aunts. The customer has been horrible, none available when needed with a displeasing attitude. The dinner expensive (21 euro each) for something worthing 3 euros. We did not eat nothing, the bread was hard (at least baked the day before), the meat was gummy, we asked the coke and they brought something in a glass that it was not (priced as a coke). When we complained with the manager, she acted like we were lying instead of supporting us (basic rules of customer service). The worst experience in an hotel. I’ve just benefited greatly from a full body massage. It was by far the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few in my time. Very polite too, would highly recommend this service.
