Pienten lasten alue oli myös mieleinen ja siellä oli mukava kontata ympäriinsä pehmustetulla alueella. Kaikki vanhemmat eivät valitettavasti seuraa lastensa tekemisiä ja pienten lasten alueella juoksenteli myös selvästi isommat lapset. (heidän vanhemmat istui kahvilassa) Myöskään henkilökuntaa ei juuri näkynyt lipunmyynnin jälkeen. I explained that I only had cash and no card or account, but I was simply told that payment is only accepted via transfer—without any assistance, alternatives, or even a helpful attitude. Imagine having no access, your crying at the door, and being told there’s nothing that can be done. What is a father supposed to do in that situation? I find it deeply concerning that such an exclusionary policy exists in a place that markets itself to families and tourists. It’s also disappointing that Finland, which prides itself on equality and modernity, does not offer basic inclusivity for foreign visitors. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced unwelcoming and even discriminatory behavior here. Small have their own place, big can do whatever they have the courage. Adults can also use the attractions, as they last. Certain weight limits apply. Wheelchair accessible, nice restrooms. Downside is the price. Even small over 1 year have to pay full price, which in my opinion makes little sense, since many can barely walk. It got pretty expensive lately. Very big place to play with so many activities for kids( babies and toddlers) to be entertained for at least 2 hours without boredom. The staff is friendly and polite. They also work hard to keep the place clean. Quite tidy compared to other similar venues. Lots of different areas to explore for different age and the food options are nice with vegetables also available. A bit more costly than for example Hoplop, but you can buy 5 or 10 entries with a discount and there's also an option to buy a season/year membership for about 200 Euros if you want to go there more frequently. Terrible experience. They charged 25€ for 1 kid + 1 adult, and they had the audacity to have a bad Air Conditioning. The outside temperature being 28C degrees and humidity over 60% made it like a sweating hell inside. Such big company with even bigger claims should be ashamed of the facilities they provide for over-priced tickets. Highly not-recommend place. I was very disappointed with our recent visit to the playground. The entrance fee of around 25 euros (23+ euros per kid) is simply not justified for the facilities offered. The closure of the other three HopLop playgrounds and the significant price increase for the only remaining one (leo leikkilpuisto) feels like a heavy burden on families. The overall experience did not meet expectations, and the price hike seems unreasonable. We hope that management will reconsider these changes to make the playground more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Very well located at only 15mins bus ride from the city center. The place is spacious, clean, well lit and not as crowded as similar venues. It's also fairly easy to find your child inside 😁 Excellent indoor play. Huge place with plenty of different things to do. Very clean and well kept. Friendly staff it takes over 30 minutes to get my food even if there is no so many customers. Disgusting place. The tables are very dirty and sticky with dishes and trash. The prices are terribly expensive, even for those who just sit and wait outside the play area. The toilets are dirty, toilet paper everywhere and urine on the toilet and walls. Dust everywhere especially in the play area where the run. The most shocking thing i ever seen, taht made me stunned was the fact that instead of cleaning, the staff sprayed air freshener for the toilets in the common room where the food and tables are. I will NEVER bring my here. Imagine if they have asthma or allergy. This place is not only disgusting but also unhealthy for little children.
