Rented 125cc moped for a day with helmet cost me €60. I was very happy with the customer I received and the reassurance however the I received was a death machine !! Probably done about 10km and gave it back. However they did mention they’re bringing in a new fleet of bikes. Thank you anyways peeps got the job done. Regards the I gave hundred euros and received the exact notes back the next day no issues. The rented from this place was a danger to life. It had no brakes, was neglected, old, and unserviced (and I chose the best one available). Considering the steep inclines on the route to Tossa de Mar, the lack of brakes could have killed me. The drivetrain was not lubricated, and the ride was completely unenjoyable. For 20 euros (the rental cost), you can buy a better bike. I do not it. We had a wonderful on our ATV ride. We had the choice to go on a more challenging course down by the beach or up into the mountains. We had a seven and nine-year-old children with us so we decided to go to the mountains and it was absolutely gorgeous. Our guide showed us all types of different areas from the mountains down to the beach. The only reason I’m giving a four star review instead of a five is that it took about an hour for them to get everything ready for us to go. I think it might’ve been because we booked online and they didn’t even see the reservation until we got there. But I’m not sure about that. Other than that, it was amazing and we would definitely go again. (Be careful with the notes, lots of fake) Terrible experience, would not recommend. We made our reservation online, but when we arrived, they didn't have enough available. The refused to provide any solutions and had difficulty processing our refund for the difference. Within one minute of riding, one of the chains broke. Despite this clearly being a mechanical failure and not our fault, they still charged us €20 for the "damage." The showed zero customer skills and poor communication throughout. We noticed other customers were also experiencing similar issues. Save yourself the hassle and don't go there. We rented some 125cc scooters several times, we had no issues. Shop is working late (if you need to return your item late), very reasonable and helpful staff. Definitely and will use in future. Really with them. Took a brand new scooter 125ccm and drove with it to Barcelona 2 times. Got my deposite back at the end. Thanks Aleks rent, you made my holiday amazing. We did a tour for about 2 hours on the quads. It was great fun. A mix of road and off road trails. Suitable for all levels. Would Rented a for 2 hours, had a nice cruising around lloret de mar! The woman was a little rough on English but Achraf knew English and super cool. My friend got the cheaper old one and when it lost a bolt on the centerstand he gave us a new (old) one. The prices were great for per day too; if I ever come back to Lloret de Mar will definitely be rent from them again. Bizarre prijs. It was a great experience! The Yamaha NMAX 125 was really easy to drive and went really far. We went for a 120 km tour over the massif to Colonge, so much fun!! Much recommended place. We've had really great experience. was super friendly, english speaking, got us through the whole process under 5minutes. They preferred cash for but ATM is literally next to them. We had yamaha n-max125, well maintained and powerful enough for local roads and hills. Thanks Alex rentals. Honestly if I can stop anybody from making the mistake I did then I will, I went to aleks rentals due to finding it online and it was very close to the hotel, ended up messaging somebody on WhatsApp about the quads and what we could drive with a provisional licence they said the 50cx the woman on WhatsApp said we can drive to blanes, tossa etc on it so we went to the shop the guy said this is not possible just to stay in loret on the roads so originally we were going to book 4 hours but ended up booking 2, at first we got given a which kept steering to the right we had to take it back and ask for another(when we got off the the wheel looked as if it was going to fall off) anyway we had another but this we kept breaking down we topped up the fuel cost 10 euros as we’re only given half a tank, but again we spent more on the side or the road than on the road, it even cut out going downhill it wasn’t safe AT ALL!! Considering we gave 100 euro for and 70 to ride for two hours you expect to actually be able to ride the quad!! After an hour we managed to get it back to the shop where we met another woman who couldn’t speak a word of English so called the guy who said we could have our back plus an hour the woman was very aggressive and very back and fourth she then handed our like we were scum and refused the hour so we spoke to the guy again who had now changed his mind and said no refund even the fuel we topped up we couldn’t get back we were livid, he tried saying now we can go on the 300 but need a higher at this point I did not trust them what so ever so in the end we went to walk away I took a video of the shops sign as my partners brother is up in a few days so warned him not to go there the woman smacked the phone out of my hand and started shouting at me saying she will call the ‘policia’ every England person knows we have no leg to stand on when we’re in another country so I had to leave, the whole was upsetting and disgusting, if it were in the UK she would not have got away with that assault and that’s facts, disgusting rip off place. We rented two electric from aleks shop and set off beyond Tossa de mar! The were fabulous, the views were great and the was excellent! I would definitely this business! very friendly and vehicles work very well I had a great renting from Aleks Rent in Lloret de Mar. The was friendly and professional, and the vehicles were in very condition. The rental process was quick and easy, and the made sure we had all the information we needed. We booked it a day in advance and upon arriving the next day we had to wait 40 mins for to fixed etc. This is holiday and and this should have all been ready for us to take the and leave straight away. There was not enough for us and when we asked for a refund the rude man working behind the counter refused to give us are money back. Terrible really wouldn’t recommend. Avoid this place – unsafe and rude staff We booked for 1:30 the next day. When we arrived, nothing was ready. The were in terrible condition – flat tyres, broken brakes – and the kids’ weren’t even there. We waited nearly an hour, then said we didn’t feel safe riding them. The member was rude and refused a refund. Only after speaking to the manager did we get part of our money back – they still kept €10 for no reason. Total waste of and a very unprofessional experience. Best rental in the City, Customer was on Point, workers are friendly and helpful. Even when we arrived late for return they waited for us und didnt charge any extra money. Die Roller werden anscheinend überhaupt nicht gewartet und befinden sich in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Reifen waren fast platt und hatten kein Profil. Bin mit einem Roller liegen geblieben, weil sämtliche Stecker von der Zündung Lose waren. Hilfe ist (mit einem Roller) gekommen, war aber absolut unprofessionell und hatte keine Ahnung. Als wir endlich wieder zurück waren, haben wir bemerkt, dass unterwegs der Kickstarter abgefallen war. Anstatt uns wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten entgegen zu kommen, müssten wir den abgefallenen Kickstarter dann noch bezahlen. Außerdem kosten die Helme für die Beifahrer 10 Euro extra, wurden dafür aber anscheinend noch nie gereinigt.... L'unico che avevano a disposizione era veramente malmesso. Il ragazzo è stato davvero poco cortese: mentre compilava i documenti messaggiava al telefono, rispondendo in modo scocciato alle nostre domande. Quando ci chiede di scegliere i caschi (10 euro in più per il secondo casco) sparisce. Se non lo avessi chiamato io mentre chiacchierava con quello dell'officina difronte penso saremmo rimasti ancora lì. Mentre finiamo di compilare i documenti, arrivano altri clienti e di nuovo ci abbandona lì. Dopo circa 40 minuti senza ancora poter prendere lo scooter, ce ne siamo andati.
