Not a lot of bugs compared to other locations in Mazury area - a lot of bees and wasps late August. Area is clean and tended to, in the main building are ok for an average 3star hotel. Awesome place for relax Excellent stay at the resort, clean and comfy rooms, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Plenty to do for children as well. Will visit again. So dirty! Walk out on the balcony and see nothing but garbage and cigarette butts. Such a shame, runs the entire atmosphere of the forest. The have no amenities, and are tiny and not the cleanest. Could be a great resort if they tried a bit harder. Honestly, i cant recommend staying in the small bungalo houses, although dont know anything about the in the hotel or bigger houses. Old flat materace, squeaky bed, black mold in the shower. No towels, cold shower, spider nets everywhere. The lady at the reception was sick, sneezing and blocked nose. Food at the restaurant in the hotel is absolutely unbearable, better in the beach cafe. Location is good and the view too. Nice and quiet place, good for families. Close to the lake, warm water and beautiful views. Close to lot of attractions. Large port with nice bathing area guarded by a life guard. Nothing special left to remark other than that. The scenery is amazing, and the location superb. My biggest query, WiFi is terrible and there was no AC in the rooms, at least not in the ones that were allocated to us, and in this heat, that wasn't comfortable at all. Other than that, had an amazing time Beautiful area, but some of the facilities could use a bit of an upgrade. Great place, we have been coming back for years. Beautiful views, nature, silence. Large accommodation with something for everyone's needs and budget. From modest camping cottages to hotel to large comfortable houses with terraces facing directly onto the lake. Safe area, especially for families with children. Offer childcare and daily animation for the little ones. Pets welcome! Staff always friendly and responsive to every customer request. All this creates an unforgettable atmosphere, which is conducive to really relax in the heart of the Polish Masuria! We are coming back next year!
