Yesterday was a out first outing to any restaurant since the start of COVID and what a wonderful return to civilisation, all the charm is still there even if if the plants have made huge progress around the Terrasse. The quality of food ,service attention of the staff and cleanliness totally wonderful, we'll be back soon, now we're in the land of the living again. The setting is lovely but we were given a table inside, despite lots of free tables outside on the terrace. The quality of the food was very mediocre and not freshly made. The service was poor and no attention to the small details which would have enhanced our experience. I will not be returning. Such a shame. I have visited this restaurant on a number of occasions prior to my visit yesterday. The lunch I had yesterday was of poor quality, plastic water bottles on the table, shop bought cheese roll offered as a starter. The main course duck with frozen potatoes. The service provided was below the standard I have previously experienced in this restaurant.
