She took the back to the kitchen and not even a minute later she brought me the same Margaritha but with ton of Tomatoes and disguistingly baked Spinach. The atmosphere was family friendly and waiters were very kind but they weren’t the best of the best. We tried many dishes and everyone was happy from what they got, meat and pasta is ok but for me is the best choice and I recommend it mainly for kids. Uczęszczaliśmy do restauracji regularnie i wszystko było w porządku ale dzisiejsza wizyta niestety wszystko zweryfikowała. Ja rozumiem, że jest to bardzo ciężka praca bo miałem okazję pracować w gastronomii i wiem, że klienci potrafią być różni ale w dniu dzisiejszym kelnerki były po prostu nie ludzkie, odzywki na proste pytania o czas realizacji typu „zaraz” albo z wielkim sarkazmem „za chwile” gdzie chwila trwała 50 minut są na prawdę nie na miejscu, sugeruje kelnerkom lepszy wypoczynek przed ciężkim dniem pracy albo po prostu większy profesjonalizm w podejściu do klienta bo nikt z nas nie był ani trochę roszczeniowy mimo iż na nasze zamówienia czekaliśmy 1,5 godziny czasu. Klienci którzy do restauracji weszli pól godziny po nas dostawali swoje dania szybciej niż nam podano przystawki, a na proste pytanie czy możemy otrzymać paragon do zapłaty za zamówienie usłyszeliśmy od kelnerki „zaraz”. Bardzo duży chaos, ludzie czekali na zewnątrz na wolne stoliki gdzie pół restauracji już się zwolniło, na zewnątrz 27 stopni, a w środku 30 jak nie więcej, otwarte jedne drzwi i straszna duchota - osobiście wychodziłem kilkukrotnie się „przewietrzyć” na zewnątrz bo było przyjemniej niż w środku restauracji. Jedzenie 3/5 dlatego, że jako osoba z zamiłowaniem do ostrego jedzenia zamówiłem chyba jedną z nielicznych pozycji w karcie która opisana była jako ostra, a nie była nawet pikantna i potwierdzone to zostało przez moją żonę którą ostrego jedzenia nie cierpi i gdyby było chociaż trochę ostre to nawet by nie dokończyła próby, a zjadła komentując „makaron w przecierze pomidorowym”. Niestety bardzo się zawiedliśmy dzisiejszą wizytą, rzadko zostawiam takie opinie ale tutaj niestety nie mogłem obejść obojętnie, może bym się wstrzymał gdyby nie chamskie i niekulturalne podejście kelnerek do klientów. These folks took our booking one hour before sitting even though they were busy. This was due to a long border passing out of Ukraine after delivering aid (children’s pressies for Christmas) We decided to spoil ourselves and this restaurant did not disappoint. We had three courses and all were perfect. Being really fussy perhaps let the wine breath or decant but that’s a tiny crit on a fantastic evening. Sadly I do not speak a word of Polish but the staff could speak good English (don’t expect that as it’s a bonus not a given !
