She was so lovely and helpful with biggest smile on her face :) First time called a head of time to try book my partner was spoke to Rudely on the phon. 2nd time I arrived to go swimming there Wasn’t enough life guards on duty so couldn’t have many people. Lady was helpful. 3rd time, managed to get in because it was late at night. Past 8pm, same lady helpful. Changing rooms were dirty. Same week gone back as per their easy holiday calendar arrived for public swimming to be told it’s book for a private event. How is this possible when the Easter Callander for literally a week shows the detailed timings. To be just be spoken rudely by the a young man on reception today. Making sarcastic comments about it. When they hadn’t changed anything online!!!! Also the extortionate cafe, had 3 people working. There was about 2 people sat down and it took 10mins to make two coffees. Want to look at their overheads & utilisation. Management really need to take a at how this place is ran and be a lot more organised.
