The perfect place to start the day with a walk on the shore or doing some excersice next to the sea with amazing view of Lanzarote Island and Lobos Island. You can see the everyday sunrise and have breakfast at some of the restaurants or coffee shops here. Beautiful beach walks, sand dunes, waves are amazing. Surfers & kite surfers galore. Sandy child friendly beach areas too. Great food at Banana cafe/restaurant. Recommend burgers & wraps Great place for a walk, cold breeze is there, views are wonderful:) A very nicely laid out promenade with benches and rocks to sit on and watch the big breakers crashing against the point and enjoy a terrific view of Isla de Lobos. The overall effect is significantly marred by the giant wind turbines and associated power station to the west which costs it one star. If you ignore that and point your camera away towards Lanzarote and Isla de Lobos you will get some memorable shots. Also here is a really good set of outdoor calisthenics gym stations of just about every variety you could want from pull-up bars, dip bars, monkey bars, stall bars, sit up benches etc etc. Most of it is well maintained although one or two are out of action. Makes for an amazing location for outdoor calisthenics training.
