Super A pretty nice museum. Cool exhibits that take you for a trip in time from the early days of the gendarmerie to the modern times. I was only slightly disappointed that in the section "gendarmerie in popular culture" there was no mention of the famous Louis de Funes movies. And some of the exhibits could be better lit - the medal collection on the ground floor was really hard to appreciate. Beautifuly presented collection. Staff greeted us with such enthusiasm. Made to feel really important. Good museum. Informative about a service that has seen many changes with politics and war over the centuries, and great that all the information is presented in three languages (French, English and Spanish) Nice modern museum, information in English aswell. Beautiful building and very friendly people working there i was with my child .it is good place .
