Unfortunately on my second day there the light in the didnt work due to a problem with the thing you put the card in. It was quite complicated to reach someone to fix this issue, because there was no one at the reception and I couldn't reach anyone at the helpline. The help number wasn't manned and it took about 30 minutes for our call to be returned and the issue to be resolved - We requested a double and were given a single room. The confirmation note didn't (explicitly) state that the reservation had been changed - There were long hairs in the shower, bathroom and toilet - The remote controls for the TVs in the lounge and our didn't work so we couldn't change channels There is no service.
