We had a very disappointing experience with Actona Group. After they delivered the wrong furniture configuration (order S578289, RMA-96537), we spent months communicating to resolve the issue. They admitted the mistake and agreed — in writing — to compensate us with a 25% refund on the full invoice. Despite repeated reminders over a period of more than two months, the promised refund was never processed, and we were completely ignored by their finance and support departments. We even provided all required bank details multiple times. No one followed up, and we’ve received no explanation or payment to this day. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for an international supplier, especially when the error was theirs. I would caution anyone considering business with Actona — their customer service disappears the moment a problem arises. DISASTER. Having paid several times the price of a regular couch, e.g. Ikea, I got a pseudo-designer product that is of lower quality than low-class furniture, squeaking loudly with every move and jumping when sitting down. Just a tiny detail, but still worth mentioning, even the furniture pads unders the legs came white when the legs are black. My distributor, through whom I bought the couch, ordered a new one for me, and the new one has EXACTLY the same problems - again squeaking and jumping PLUS one of the seats is too short and has an unaesthetic stitch on top for some reason, visible from under the cushions, as if it couldn't be on the bottom/back side (in the previous couch it was). On top of that, I wrote to Sits 2 weeks ago in order to find out from them directly how this is even possible and they haven't even written back and whenever I tried to call - no answer.
