The staff is super helpful with beginners, and the setup makes it easy to learn at your own pace. For more experienced riders, there are plenty of obstacles and features to keep things exciting. The vibe is friendly and laid-back, with great facilities and lots of space to relax between rides. A perfect place to spend a sunny day on the water! We drive 4 to spent here 2 HR, and the consultant said that are for beginners and there is no option to wake because we have own boards. C’mon There is no information on the website in english! No info in front of the Wakepark. I am able to decide - i am beginner or not. The girl in the desk couldn’t. In the same few wakeboarders using all equipment like kickers and boxes. We lost our weekend and your rules do it. Spent here few days before and you destroy all memories. Thanks a lot! Small bottle of water inside cost 5 euros and there is no tap water. Water in Mars that’s for sure. The for begginers is a joke. I started wakeboarding these season on 2.0 system, i bought ma own gear and wanted to try first on big size cable, came here for slower beginner session and wasn’t allowed to ride because i have my own board. joke, nightmare. Never again It’s not possible to wakeboard during beginner because the reception staff considers me advanced, even though they have never seen me ride! I have my own equipment simply because I could afford it for my own comfort while learning wakeboarding. I am a beginner and have never ridden on a large cable before. I came here specifically to try wakeboarding during slower hours. But that’s not possible, because the reception decides I’m advanced just based on the fact that I own a board. In the end, I wasn’t able to try the large cable for the first time. Is this discrimination against people who have their own equipment but want to learn on it? Absolutely the best place to relax and enjoy the day. The vibe is great. The kids playground is amazing, you can chill in the sun and kids can play safely. Food is good too and they have a pool! Love it there and keep coming once in a while Imagine travelling from another country to this place just to hear that your group of friends cannot enter the wakeboarding zone, because we looked “too pro” (1st using the board in 2 years time, just bought my first ever wetsuit, that’s the level of pro I am) and couldn’t join the “beginners hours” that were nowhere announced on your website. I have nothing against such schedule - owners decision to run the resort as they wish, but if there’s such schedule change, why the info is missing from the website and the on-site information panels? We could’ve adjusted the plans accordingly. Also, just the fact that the cashier was the person who decides who gets in or not, based only on her assumptions is simply wrong and allows for making this place exclusive for certain people. What if I tried explaining all of that and after my claim that I am in fact a beginner, I was still treated if I was lying? This isnt the customer service any service operator should be welcoming any customers. The place looked cool, I even imagined coming back here with some friends, but the dream is gone. An absolute disappointment! The tables are dirty and no one bothered to clean it. The sofas outside are dirty and not pleasant to sit on. The menus are greasy. The staff is wondering around without having a clue what is a good service. The pool is closed for cleaning on a saturday afternoon when half of the visitors are families with kids who were hoping to use the pool. The food delivered to the table all at once and without the cutlery. Half of the food already cold. By the I finished my soup, my second course was absolutely cold. The taste of the food is ok, but boy or boy, those dirty tables and cold food killed all the joy.
