Balcony missing? We chose this place to stay because of the cheap price (compared to other suites). The bathroom is terrible. No hot water and everything was dirty. The shower wasn't working and it smelled horrible.No kitchen and no supplies. The bed was half broken. It was very loud and they were doing some work very loud even in the night. Don't reccomend staying here. Horrible hotel. The room was not cleaned. The bathroom was still wet from the previous users with hairs everywhere. The whole bathroom would flood with every shower, so going to the toilet became impossible. During our stay, the water heating stopped working. We called the owner, he assured us it was. We assumed it was a temporary hiccup and decided to go on about our day, only to come back in the evening and discover it wasn't. We phoned again, only to be told there's nothing that can be done, and that it's actually our fault for not reporting it again sooner. He then hang up on us. As a fun experiment, call the owner and tell him the hot water isn't working. He'll tell you it definitely is and if you argue with that, he'll make it out to be your fault and refuse to go and actually turn on the water heater. The way he argues with people in these reviews is actually how he treats his customers. Don't give your money to people like that. Made us sign a waiver that everything was up to our liking at the start of our stay but after staying for a night, the place was not clean properly and there were cockroaches inside the room and in the hallway Worst place I've been. There's not even a host or a reception to begin with. The rooms are in terrible condition. The self called 'manager' is extremely rude and he did construction work without any warning at the hotel at 8 in the morning for two days straight and he woke everyone up. He does not answer our calls and we didn't even have hot water most of the times. And of course he didn't provide any legal papers or a receipt even when we asked and obviously he claimed that his POS can't accept our cards. Ridiculous!
