A really high quality service. A place to return. I definitely recommend if you are ready to pay a bit extra. High quality comes with higher price. I like the service but the atmosphere and interior is getting shabby and out dated, however, the prices are still pretty high. I recommend messages and spa services but not the hairdresser or manicure - the lights are too dark, to me it was difficult to relax and feel the pleasure from procedures. Pretty expensive but pleasant atmosphere, waiting room where you can rewind with tea and waterfall sounds after the procedure. was well done and professional. Amazing experience!! My and my husband were visiting this place from to time. It was alright. Could get a decent for a normal price. But recently looks like nobody cares there. Price is the same, but specialists are not competent. And even if you say a complaint for administrator, nobody cares as well. 10/10! I've had 2 pedicures from Evelina and they're the BEST I've ever had. She pays very close attention to detail and doesn't rush the process. I've had pedicures back in the UK (which cost more) but they haven't been half as good. I highly recommend having a manicure or pedicure here. Massages have also been wonderful. Just wish we had a spa like this in the UK! Update (2025): I recently had ANOTHER pedicure since I was in Kaunas. This around, with Gabriele who also did an amazing job. My toenails look beautiful. Gabriele paid close attention to detail and my have never look nicer! Thanks again I had a haircut, the lady is very profesional, doesn't rush and takes to see that everything is perfect. I'll come back, it was a wonderful experience. Nice facilities and amazing service and staff. Devanshi gave me one of the best massages I have ever had! Not recommending. I booked for a Thai (it was a gift voucher). It was meant to be an 1 hour using a milk bath/bowl (this is how they advertise this Thai on their online page). I left fuming and completely distraught because the given wasn't even a but some slight touching on my legs (not much even on my feet) - nothing similar to what the real Thai really is, or any at all. (if you can call as such) was finished a way under the it was meant to last (massage therapist finished it in 30minutes although the advertised was meant to last 1 hour and MEANT TO BE IN A MILKY BOWL). There was no milk, it was the floor and the matress. At first she massaged my lower legs (keep in mind this meant to be a massage), then she just stroked couple times my feet. The rest of the she just placed her hands on the and held it (not even pressing it - even if she wanted to imitate some acupressure). It was a complete improvisation of the terapist and what she probably imagines Thai to be (she probably never had it herself in her life). It felt like a short session of some ergotherapy. Absolutely nothing to do with the Thai Massage. AND it was done in a half that it was meant to last. No relaxation music in the room, nothing. It felt very uncomfortable and awkward. I felt afterwards as some vampire has just drained my energy for her own purposes - was iritated and angry, and this is not how you want to leave a SPA centre.
