I thought, they can’t still be reheating their crepes. Last visit we mentioned to them that they should really be making fresh crepes for each customer, reply was something like how could they keep up with demand? That is for them to figure out. (More burners, pans, staff?) But if I go to a place that makes only crepes, then they must be freshly made, not reheated. Very dry. Cozy restaurant, very friendly staff, amazing choice of galettes and crêpes, Breton beer and cider - what more can you ask for?
