Of course,he failed,fell 3 times immediately because he can not relly on the equipment. I asked for kids wake-nope,dont have. I asked for partial money refund...nope,they are too greedy. So if you are not quite ready that you can use theirs wakeboards,I recomend choose another way how to use your money and time.
