Easy road to get there and possibility to park the car just at the beginning of the path. We visited it in winter time and snow made everything similar to a fairy tale. Lake was frozen (with people fishing). We took a small short cut on the left at half-path to get closer to some horses. You can get access to very nice spots. All free. Enjoy, it's worth it. Beautiful views. Really accessible board walk. Sadly this ends in a narrow path though the woods an steep stairs. So no recommendation for strollers. Also on stairs was being rebuilt when we were there. So very steep and loose stretch uphill on the way back. Also bring mosquito repellent! Short but nice path with beatiful view of Kauno Marios and surrounding area. Nice scenery but as usual 0 maintenance of the area, if you like walking around metal posts this is the place to go and it doesn’t seem like its work in progress as not a single worker or tool in sight on a normal working day.
