La personne présente sur les lieux n’est absolument pas accueillante : elle ne s’occupe pas du tout de l’endroit, préférant lire et manger, alors que le lieu aurait bien besoin d’un grand nettoyage. La quantité de poussière est incroyable, on trouve des déchets un peu partout dans la structure, et même dans la piscine à balles. Avec un peu de malchance, vous y trouverez des chewing-gums ou d’autres détritus cachés… La chaleur y est étouffante. Mes enfants et moi avons commencé à nous sentir vraiment mal. J’ai dû insister pour qu’on accepte enfin d’allumer les gros ventilateurs ! L’endroit est chaleureux, bien pensé pour les enfants, et tout le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et souriant. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille.
