Went there for a game we left with an accident from the 5th path the security material was disconnected from where we placed it we applied the instructions to the letter but the « navette » was too heavy so it fell on the way and also got de-attached so out of 3 I only survived thanks to the belt holding around my waist (green), same happened to my husband after me but he got his hand cut we left 🚨 urgently to the ER SOS main to save his hand and he had a surgery the day after Not safe with no gloves 🧤 the personal wears ones but not available for the customers No first aid tools very very minimal only patches Disappointing I had a fantastic experience at AccroCamp! The courses were super fun, and the staff were really kind and helpful, which made the day even better. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there were no working restrooms, and the snack/drink options could be improved with more variety. Also, a quick tip — during the Quick Jump, both my friend and I got hit in the face by the rope, so watch out for that! Overall, an amazing and memorable day — I definitely recommend it! We came with 2 adults climbing 2 adults enjoying the shady park bench and 5 children climbing (2 for the easy levels and 3 doing various harder courses). I have done several courses before and they are challenging physically and psychologically. We had a fantastic day we enjoyed the hardest courses , I was helped a couple of times by a very helpful team member who encouraged me when I was challenged physically and helped me to do the quick drop (you step off a ledge and drop straight to the floor). We all loved it and everyone felt they conquered a fear today. This is a great place for kids to climb, be active and increase their confidence and courage. My kids (7 and 10) had hours of fun. The guides are absolutely brilliant and a big shout out to Basile who was so kind, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back! WE enjoyed the leisure park. The equipment is safely stored.
