We have got it automatically to the paper cup :-( We didn't get plates for croissant, the staff said strictly: "We have not any". :-( One croissant should be with apricot jam but both were with chocolate :-( More there were crowd of people there but the bigger part of tables was closed and very unpleasant staff didn't allow us to sit there :-( Catastrophic approach and service! Good spot to stop for anything and everything except for gas which has been blocked off. Full cafe inside, order at the main checkout and then just take your receipt to the bar top. Busy motorway services, but better organised than many, with good light buffet of sandwiches etc plus coffee. Petrol at motorway prices, toilets okay - that'll do. Not a nice experience with overpriced food and drinks. Small and not very clean. The cleanliness of the toilet is acceptable. The food is edible if you don’t mind the lady behind the counter arranges the sandwiches barehanded. A sandwich and a bottled drink cost you around 10-12€. NOTE that the gas station is no longer operating. No gloves! Food looks good in the display but gets served in pieces...also expensive! 3 queues - wait in the line to pay, wait in another line for the food and wait in the 3 one for coffee!! Horribly inefficient if you ask me, wasting everyone’s time! No shock the place is overcrowded and everyone just waiting. It’s 2025 in Italy.
