I had a pleasure to spend two nights at Przystanek Rospuda. It's a very honest and beautifully located place. Ania, the host, she's very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped. There is a common kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, kettle and all you need to prepare some food. It's 20 minutes drive from both Augustów and Suwałki (Wigry National Park). If you are visiting Dolina Rospudy to enjoy your time canoeing, then Przystanek Rospuda is a perfect start- they organize kayaking as well (rospuda.pl). I am sorry that we did not knew earlier that we can rent kayaks. We traveled by bikes on our way from Nordkapp, back home to Romania. Very friendly host, and what a beautiful place to stay for the night! The accommodation was very nice and the beautiful yard was enjoyable and the perfect spot for a cold beer after more than 400km on the bikes in 35 degrees temperature! We had a beautiful trip, the guys were super friendly and helpful, gave great recommendations and one spoke even german with us! Sabastian is the young owner he was amazing, the whole experience was great, would recommend them and definitely coming again. Absolutely brilliant with the whole experience.
