When we made the reservation we asked the if there is anything else we need to know beside what's on the website and they said nothing. On the date of the even when we arrived the showed our table and we were in for this would be where we celebrate the birthday. There a table set with my daughter's name plates juice and candies no balloon or decorations no place to put the coats and gifts. We were just left there and we were told that we should be there 30mins prior (including the guest. Which we were not told despite ask asking during the reservation) after giving us the program the just left us. The 1st was 30min Neo Xperiences. Which the liked. Then the were brought back to the table and was informed that it was time for snack. then the came singing with the we had no idea that it was time for the cake. Then the left the we had to slice and do the serving. The was ok. But the didn't like it. None of the ate it. I felt it was a waste mentioned they didnt like the texture of the cake. The was too busy since she was the only one and there was 6 celebrations. When we ran out of drink we had to look for them. The asked the wanted more candies since they didnt enjoy the cake. said yes. The left to get more but didnt back. So we let the play. Im glad that one of the parent stayed with us as there was no one to watch the while they play or the stuffs we had(food, gifts and coats). Towards the end of the event my husband ask the for the goodies as some of the were leaving. And we were told there is no such thing. They had never given out any goodies for the birthday. So we had to show what was on the website "UP2PLAY goodies for all children" so one of the gave us UP2PLAY bands. had we known that there was no goodies that would be given we would have brought our own to give out to the guests. I think 15€ per guest is alot for the service we got. It felt like it was the first time they had a celebration. everytime we ask for something the stuffs were unaware. They could have had 1 for each celebrant to assist during the celebration. So that the parents doesn't have to leave the to ask for refills or additional stuff. Les grands ont adoré pouvoir se dépenser mais aussi se poser, et la piscine à balles dans laquelle il peuvent vraiment disparaître (une fois couché bien-sûr) aura été leur moment préféré...
