Personne pour ouvrir la porte Heureusement qu'on n'a pas payé ! Honteux Terrible experience, there were five of us and in the first only an individual puzzle to resolve so 4 people were waiting. It is extremely linear and simple and the recepcionist seemed to be in a hurry to end his shift and go away. The worst escape I've ever visited, go anywhere else this is a was a waste of and money. First of all the guy at the reception told us "I'm going to explain this quickly because I'm in a hurry" and rushed the explanation giving 0 story or setting to the "asteroids" room. After this we were left on an ugly with almost nothing to do on it, we were a group of 5 and there was only 1 activity to do which was fishing a key with two sticks out of a box, nothing to do with being clever or solving a puzzle at all. If you failed you had to start fishing from the beginning again which wasted a lot of and was extremely frustrating as the other 4 people had nothing to do at all. After losing way too much doing that we entered another with very simple puzzles that were hardly a challenge at all and in a few minutes we almost completed the whole room. If it wasn't for the "fish the key" lose of the escape would have lasted less than half an hour which makes us think that they put that key stuff only to make people lose and artificially make it seem longer. When the ended the guy opened the and hardly even told us goodbye, seemed that he wanted to get us out asap to end his shift. In general a terrible experience, I do not recommend. We booked a and got confirmation email. We were there 15 mins before and waited till the game was suppose to start but no one came to open the door. We try to call to the phone number from their web page, but the number was not in use. Luckyly nice lady from neighbour (Escaper) had free and we went to their escape room. No good service (still has to be improved a lot) Started with no answers to emails. Then waited for 25 minutes before we could start (do not know why they wrote in the booking confirmation that we should come 15 minutes earlier).
