Beautiful but small gorge with selection of hiking trails, some easy enough to be wheelchair accessible (there's a board at the carpark with details). Lots of moss means the area is very green. And the water is the very definition of crystal clear mountain spring. We visited early autumn on a cloud free day and there was only a little sunshine penetrating to the trail, such is the narrow nature of the gorge. I imagine it's very cold here in winter. WOW! Beautiful, mossy, fern filled forest! The drive here is equally as beautiful, with incredible green valleys, quaint towns, and winding roads. There is a small parking area and restroom, and some picnic benches. There is a road that leads to another parking area, but on the day I went, the ground was saturated and that second road was pretty muddy (not easy to drive). I visited in mid December on a mostly sunny day. Definitely recommend visiting this spot, and hiking around here. Lots of beautiful areas to enjoy! Some notes: there's a restroom with a sink, but it's non-potable water. No other amenities on site (not even trash cans). What a wonderfulplace to walk you dog. A little busy but not overly crowded. Free parking. Albeit lots of other places to walk where you won't see anyone. If you want a path that is for the elderly or tourists then this is idea to give them a tast of the Pyrénées woodlands Candyfloss moss. Crystal clear water. Wonderful place. Calm and peaceful. Easy walks, picnic tables and toilets. Lovely shaded picnic and hiking spot Easy hike along the water through the gorge. Beautiful damp green forest. Excellent for families with small children. What a magical place! A must see for every nature lover. Deep green vegitation in a moist environment. They do ask some money for parking but it's well worth it. I would advice to only follow the Gourgue path and the last "yellow" trail as seen on the map. I started the green extra tour, but it wasn't signed at all, after one hour I had to return the same way back to the valley as not to get lost... Also, i think May is perfect time of year to visit, not crowded, most plants are blooming and the Buxus caterpillers haven't taken over the place yet Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
