I had booked the Bugs Package for our last Baby & Toddlers session at Little Wonders before we finished for summer, at Markethill Elim this morning. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I booked a bouncy castle for child’s birthday party, however due to weather forecast we were unable to have the bouncy castle put out! Sean was fantastic and after speaking with him changed to the indoor soft play which saved the day! The booking process was smooth and stress-free—Sean was incredibly friendly and professional. Sean arrived right on time, set everything up quickly, and made sure it was safe and spotless. I was genuinely impressed by how clean and well-maintained the equipment was—something you don’t always get with party rentals. Again Sean got everything packed away and removed again just as quick! I’ll definitely be booking again. If you want a hassle-free, joy-filled experience, this is the company to call. This is the 3rd we have used Bouncearound Castles and they’re brilliant!! We’ve had the unicorn slide, the Bugs package and the Unicorn bouncy castle and the is always high quality. One thing I really like about Bouncearound his their hygiene standards. They make sure everything is completely cleaned down both on drop off and pick up. Kids had a great at the Halloween funday. Could not have asked for a better from Sean at bouncearound castles. Originally booked the bigger one but had to change as didn’t have the space. There was no problem changing last minute. Bouncy castle was left 2 days earlier as was for 12th of July and they were busy this then meant my one year old and 2 year old enjoyed on it by themselves for 2 days prior to birthday party.
