A lovely with some very nice waterfalls. It is a short and easy unless you want to get clear views of the waterfalls, then you have to climb and go off the marked track. Well worth a visit. Alot bigger than 1st expected, hilly and steps but lovely Glen, Nice little through the Glen and a waterfall all chucked on for free , small play area for kids Visited 03/01/2023, plenty of car spaces and the entrance to the car is slightly concealed after passing the bridge. There is no map of the site so we missed the to the right as you enter and walked the we could see at the back of the car near the stone circle structure. That was a short and wasn’t until we were driving out of the location that we spotted a potential other path. There was a small bridge next to the car and some steps leading upward but this was not accessible for the pram we had and so keep this in mind, bring a carrier if you have a young one with you. The info sign was as you can see has some pictures but as said before no map and so be aware if you do visit where to go. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice & peaceful, get away from the noise of everyday life, highly recommend it. Lol Great place to while away an hour and get some exercise in the great outdoors. Nice walk, not too arduous. Lovely on a sunny day. Good sized car park. No toilets unfortunately Hard to find the sharp turn entrance. The information map is covered by dirt, probably didn't get clean for years. We tried to clean it with wipes, not that good but at least we can read it. (Took a before and after pictures.) Beautiful blossom trees in the car park. Wouldn't say the place is well kept,so much rubbish and graffiti, and sign are nailed upside down on tree. Have to right down to the bottom of the waterfall to take good view, again too many plastic bottles and beer cans around and into the water as well, otherwise, it's a nice walk. Nice A lovely place to go with your dogs Large free car park, lovely spot. As another review says, the Google location takes you to the fire station. Take the sharp entrance on the right just before the bridge to get into the car park. A Great place for shor trekking and walking. There is a stream and waterfalls offers lots of photo points. Local car par available, No toilets,Pet friendly. NOTE : Goog maps guide you to the fire station near, but make sure take a right turn for the entrance before the bridge if you are coming from Antrim. Lovely walk, some of it isn't signposted very well and can be a bit muddy, but a really beautiful wooded area and a fairly easy shortish walk. Watch put for the car closing times!! Lovely with the dog. Not very obvious where the starts, but once you find it there’s lots to explore. Some pretty steep paths you can choose to take, but the main is nice and even. Was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem 🌳🐶 A very enjoyable walk. You can get to the riverbank to stand by the waterfall,along with a tiny old house, there’s also a at the entrance for kids. It’s a short but you can drag it out for an hour and a half. I would give it four stars but the only down side was the litter. Beautiful place made absolutely disgusting by selfish humans. Expect litter, dog mess and bizarrely old men stealing tree logs. First time here. Won't be back. Nice in the city ,with waterfall Really nice circular walk. Through a small woodland area and then along the river. Nice wee waterfalls and very relaxing. Only met two people when we were there although it was a damp day. If you're wanting a short then this is the place to go Lovely park, clean and tidy. Would have enjoyed a nice around it but the security guy came and opened and closed the gate indicating we had to leave. Closing time advertised as 21.30. Time was 19.25. Great place to thevdogs Nice walkway, with forest and river views. Nice waterfall too. The is beautiful, would highly recommend.
